Terms of Service

Conditions of Use for Testing Services

These terms govern the use of our mechanical shock absorber testing, kinetic dampener calibration, and stress analysis services. By engaging our laboratory, you agree to the conditions outlined below.

1. Scope of Services

We provide fatigue life cycle testing for heavy-duty coil dampers, calibration of fluid-filled shock buffers, and dynamic stress simulations for industrial conveyor belts, hydraulic presses, and automated assembly cranes. All services are performed in accordance with documented engineering procedures and industry standards.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate specifications of the equipment to be tested, including load ratings, operating conditions, and any known failure history. Misrepresentation of equipment data may invalidate test results and void liability on our part.

3. Limitations of Liability

Test results reflect conditions present at the time of analysis. We do not guarantee that components will perform identically under all operational scenarios. Our liability is limited to the cost of the testing service provided and does not extend to production losses, equipment damage, or consequential damages.

4. Termination of Use

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, all confidential materials and test data will be returned or destroyed at the client's request. Outstanding fees for completed work remain payable.

5. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms periodically to reflect changes in our procedures or legal requirements. Updated terms will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised conditions.
